Explanation
In this letter sent to Lee Du-hun, Lee Seung-hui inquires whether Lee Du-hun has been invited to a large meeting for the campaign to repay national debt, which will be held within the next few days, adding that he has also been asked to attend the meeting and that he would keep Lee Du-hun informed of the situation in Daegu. They were both leaders of the campaign in their respective regions in North Gyeongsang Province, Lee Seung-hui in Seongju and Lee Du-hun in Goryeong. The letter indicates that the campaign was conducted through close cooperation between regions.
