Lee Bang-hwan sent this letter to Lee Du-hun, president of the Smoking Cessation Association of Goryeong County, apologizing that he failed to add his voice to the people protesting with righteous minds, although he has heard that Lee Du-hun is leading discussions with various people about the campaign to repay the national debt. Thus, he says, he has contributed five strings of cash, and others are reaching agreement to make contributions.
