Explanation
In this letter addressed to Lee Du-hun, Lee Jang-hwan says that donation gathering in his village has yet to be completed, but that he is sending 16 nyang [1 won = 10 nyang] raised in Jisa-dong, which includes 9 nyang gathered from villagers and 7 nyang solicited otherwise by the village’s campaign leader.
