Explanation

This is a public notice issued on the first day of the third lunar month in 1907, upon organizing the South Gyeongsang Office for National Debt Repayment, by Gwak Jong-seok, An Taek-jung, Jeong Gyu-seok and others. It calls on all residents of South Gyeongsang Province to participate in the campaign to repay the national debt, and all counties in the province to set up rules and procedures for the operation of branch offices.
