Explanation
This is a notice to executive members of the association representing their respective townships (myeon). The association calls on them all to attend a meeting to be convened on the 15th [of the month] so they can discuss how to carry out the campaign to quit smoking and contribute to repaying the national debt. It says the campaign has been suspended due to disturbance at the county administrative office but cannot be delayed any more in view of its urgency.
