This is a letter from Jeong Gyu-ok, general secretary of the Daegu Association for Smoking Cessation and National Debt Repayment, to the Hayang County Association for Smoking Cessation and National Debt Repayment. It says: “I am replying gratefully and respectfully to your association for kindly sending donations and their ledger. I admire your noble spirit in organizing an association for smoking cessation to fulfill your civic duty, no less than the amount of donations you have gathered. The headquarters will carefully keep the ledger and examine it later, so please continue your efforts.”
