Explanation
Park Yun-seo, head of Mudong Village, sent this letter to the campaign office at Changwon Port on the 14th of the second lunar month in 1907. He says he is explaining the motives of the national debt redemption movement to villagers. The letter is a reply to a circular concerning the movement from Changwon County School.
