Cho Hui-jeong and Kim Byeong-hong, administrators of the county school (hyanggyo) of Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, sent this letter to villages around the township of Naeoebu. Seals of the concerned villages are affixed, along with signatures acknowledging receipt of the letter.
