Explanation
Document contains report on a meeting held at the Gyonam Education Hall on October 19, 1909, attended by Seo Sang-don and others in preparation for a general meeting for the disposal of donations for the National Debt Redemption Movement. Provincial representatives at the meeting decided that they would bring their accounting books to the general meeting in Seoul on November 20, check the amounts suspected to have been embezzled by foreigners and take steps to recover the loss, first sending written repayment calls to them.
