Deputy Resident-General Sone Arasuke reports to Foreign Minister Terauchi Masatake that the Korean staying at Bethell’s house, whose custody was requested by the British ambassador to Vice Foreign Minister Ishii Kikujiro, has been identified as Park Yong-gyu, the chief accountant at the National Debt Redemption Movement headquarters.
