This is a report from the deputy resident-general to Resident-General Ito Hirobumi on the trial of Yang Gi-tak. Yang was acquitted for lack of evidence after four hearings at the Seoul District Court. Attached are detailed sketches of the first to fourth hearings and receipts for the sale of stocks of a mining company, which were presented to the court as evidence.
