Explanation
The deputy resident-general reports to Resident-General Ito Hirobumi on the board meeting of the National Debt Redemption Association, held at the Korean Chamber of Commerce at 2 p.m., August 28, 1908 with 13 trustees attending. The document contains board members’ questions and Ernest Bethell’s answers on the handling of donations gathered by the movement’s headquarters at the Daehan Maeil Sinbo offices.
