Explanation
Miura Goro at the Seoul municipal office reports to the acting general affairs secretary at the Japanese Residency-General about the British, French and U.S. consulates’ requests for an explanation of the Yang Gi-tak case. He also informs the acting secretary that Yang and Park Yong-gyu had been remanded to the Seoul District Court as of July 18, 1908.
