Explanation
The Japanese chief of police reports to the foreign affairs secretary of the Residency-General on articles concerning the National Debt Redemption Movement published in the Daehan Maeil Sinbo on May 31 and June 30, 1907, and on the interim announcements of the total amounts of donations to the movement at the end of July, August and December 1907 carried in the advertisement space of the newspaper.
