Explanation
In this report sent to Lee Du-hun, president of Goryeong County’s Smoking Cessation Association for National Debt Repayment, the association’s general secretary Lee Taek-ro and financial officer Seo Seong-sun note that it is not easy to collect donations due to poor harvest in Dasan-myeon.
