Explanation
Lee Hyeon-ju, president of the Daegu Association for Smoking Cessation and National Debt Repayment, sent this letter to the president of the Smoking Cessation Association for National Debt Repayment in Goryeong County, notifying the latter about the purposes and rules of the nationwide campaign to repay the sovereign debt.
